Student Assistance at Queen's

Student financial assistance is offered through both merit-based (scholarship) and need-based (non-repayable awards, bursaries, work-study) funding, and comes in a variety of forms:

• Scholarships and Bursaries for Incoming Students (entering first-year studies)
• Scholarships and Bursaries for Current Students (continuing students)
• Work Study Program (financial aid through part-time work)
• Financial Aid through the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)

All Scholarships and Bursaries are administered by the Student Awards section of the Office of the University Registrar. This Office also administers a number of other plans such as the Work Study Program, the Ontario Special Bursary program, Special Needs Bursaries, and Government student assistance plans, such as the Ontario Student Assistance Program.
